Minutes of 10/21/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:34 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair and Tom Dufault. Dick Williams was a guest.
- Purchase and Sale agreement extended for 30 days.
- Barton has issue with possible wetlands and parking. Mike has a meeting with DCR to discuss option for extending Lot 1 acreage footprint.
- Barton wants a piece of, or all of Lot 1 for build.
- Tom also indicated that we are still awaiting an update on the roadway status.
- Adjourned at 7:10.
- Next meeting is Friday 11/6/15 at 6:30.
